"Their customer service is horrible. Cassidy specifically is extremely rude - interrupting me, talking over me and laughing at me while I explained my situation and expressed my frustrations. Their auto-payment system failed. This is 100% an error in their system. It was set up on my Amex which is a charge card with no limit. So it wasn't declined for not having enough funds or anything like that - plus I pay all of my cards off completely multiple times a month. There was nothing wrong with the card. It had been charged many times before and I re-entered the same exact information to set it back up on auto-pay. Their system glitched. So why would they charge me additional fees? The audacity. Then to just brush me off - first by email and then in the phone. Sure, $15 may be inconsequential but then why charge it at all? And it's the principal of the matter to think it is reasonable to charge me for your failures. So ridiculous. Not to mention, no one contacted me about it. I found out because I noticed the charge hadn't been made. The entire situation is a complete lapse in customer service. Terrible across the board. Negative stars would make more sense."

"Anytime I call the office everyone is happy and happy to help with my needs. Ericca and Ian also personally responded to my bundling of policies-saved me around $800 and they handled everything (paperwork with mortgage company and prior home owners insurance company)making my part super easy. Could not be more happy to have them as my insurance company!! I highly recommend giving them a call and becoming part of the State Farm Ian Markowitz family/insured 👍👍😁 thank you all at the office!"

"I had a very disappointing experience with this State Farm location managed by Ian Markowitz office. The customer service has been poor, and it is extremely difficult to reach anyone by phone. On several occasions throughout the day, I called multiple times and received no answer.

Additionally, I requested twice that the life insurance coverage be removed from my policy, but the request was never processed. I am still being charged for coverage I asked to cancel. Due to these ongoing issues, State Farm recommended that I transfer to a different agent."

"This office made me feel like I wasn't anything, I had trouble with my account and Josey was rude and refused to even try and help. I had all the info to prove their mistake and she wasn't having it. I have another agent already and in ten minutes the issue was resolved. Shame on all of them. I don't have $1000 account so I felt I wasn't worthy!!"

"Probably the worst insurance agent of all time, hiring this guy is like hiring a lawyer that hates you and works against you to get you locked up. I was his client for 6 year and this man would work with other insurance companies to frame me for accidents that were not my fault and were entirely on the other party with 0 evidence against me then ignores all my calls and drops me. Low life insurance agent dirt."

"Service had been gooduntil now. Was told that I'm going to be cancelled bc I will not reach out to get and provide other people's license numbers so they can be added to my policy even though they do not live in my home or drive my vehicle. Did send proof of these people not living in my home. I cannot control if people outside of my home don't update their license or if Public transportation is cheaper so they don't have their own vehicle and insurance- I should only be liable for my household and my vehicle. Enough is enough"

"I have been using this State Farm office for over 12 years now. The service I receive from Paige who is a local agent at the office is 11/10. Paige is my go-to person whenever I have any questions or concerns whether its billing related or claim related she is the one. She always gets backs to me right away and always has answers. If she doesn't have the answer at the moment, she will always look into it and call you back once she does. She has made my years with state farm an amazing experience. Don't ever leave Paige. You are an outstanding employee who goes above and beyond for me and my family."

"It is unfortunate but State Farm dropped me due to erroneous claims. The team Josey, Jake and others have been great and helped me with all my questions BUT they gave up. I wanted to proceed with contending the decision to drop me because a claim was misreported. They wanted nothing to do with it. I have been in the business for a long time and know how this works and they just stopped responding and gave up. They Told me to contact corporate and just left me to figure it out. VERY disappointed!!!!!!!"
